Acura Finance Center Near Denver CO

I was interested in purchasing a vehicle from Fisher Acura and planned to pay using a check from my bank. I informed the salesperson that I would be bringing a bank check, but I was told by a salesman named Michael, "Unfortunately, we don't work that way," and that I would need to finance the vehicle through the dealership instead. I was interested in purchasing a vehicle from Fisher Acura and planned to pay using a check from my bank. I informed the salesperson that I would be bringing a bank check, but I was told by a salesman named Michael, "Unfortunately, we don't work that way," and that I would need to finance the vehicle through the dealership instead. As a buyer, I believe I should be able to choose how I finance my purchase, especially when I already have financing secured through my own bank. Requiring customers to finance through the dealership in order to purchase a vehicle felt misleading and unnecessarily restrictive. I was ready to buy the vehicle, but I wasn't willing to change my financing just to complete the sale. I hope Fisher Acura reconsiders this approach and allows customers the freedom to use their own financing without making it a condition of the purchase.

Viewed, drove, and purchased an RDX in the afternoon. Took hours for them to clean the vehicle for delivery, so we received it after sunset. So we couldn't see that the employee who cleaned the vehicle used a rag with wax to wipe down the interior, leaving white spots that are nearly impossible to remove. The car now looks like the interior faded from the sun. We live a distance from the dealership, so we're stuck with it. Clearly, no one managed the cleaner or checked his work in their hurry to leave for the day.

Franklin Suriani and the team at Fisher Acura surpassed the 5 star mark on providing a seamless purchase for my RDX in the last quarter of 2025. In addition, they gave me an incredible trade-in for my TLX. The Acura's (I've owned 3 since 2001) are an incredible buy and the service team at Fisher Acura keeps my vehicle reliable and running smoothly. Franklin and his team have earned the respect and acknowledgement of a group who has integrity and care for the customer and for the product they sell. Their Service department has always been outstanding.

Fisher Acura is a wonderful dealership to work with! We I live in Montana so we have to go out of state to an Acura dealership. After finding the exact car and color we were looking for, we started the process of getting it. Michael Williams is a great salesman and we were able to do everything by phone, text, and email. Everything went smoothly and the car was ready to go when we got to the dealership. Michael showed us all the features of the car, and it wasn’t long before we were heading home in our new TLX. I had wanted to get a couple of car-specific accessories and the parts department was very helpful. Both things were in stock, saving me from ordering and paying shipping. Overall it was a great experience, and we highly recommend Fisher Acura!
