I live in Lafayette and went to Fisher Acura specifically because I wanted to buy a CPO Integra locally. I had already driven an Integra, knew I liked the car, and was seriously interested in one of Fisher’s A-Spec Tech CPO vehicles.
The advertised price was $37,291, but Fisher also required a $1,906 protection package plus a $699 doc fee. That pushed the real cost of the used vehicle up substantially. I asked whether there was any flexibility and was told the package could not be removed and that the existing offer was the offer they were willing to extend.
A few weeks later, I checked again. Same answer.
The part I find especially ironic is Fisher’s website describing its buying experience as “elevated and transparent,” with “straightforward communication” and specific references to customers from Lafayette. My experience was that the pricing was rigid, the mandatory add-ons materially changed the deal, and there was little reason to choose their CPO car over a new one elsewhere.
I ultimately bought a brand-new 2026 Integra A-Spec Tech from another Acura dealer for only modestly more than Fisher’s CPO car would have cost after Fisher’s required products and fees.
Jonathan was professional, so this is not about him personally. It is about Fisher’s pricing model and the disconnect between the experience they advertise and the value they actually offered.
If you are considering a CPO vehicle here, do yourself a favor and compare the true out-the-door cost against a brand-new Acura at another dealer. In my case, that comparison made the decision very easy.
