I just purchased a 2026 Odyssey from Fisher Honda. The entire experience was excellent. They gave me a very fair amount for my 2018 Odyssey and it only took five weeks from the time I ordered my new car for it to arrive. I just purchased a 2026 Odyssey from Fisher Honda. The entire experience was excellent. They gave me a very fair amount for my 2018 Odyssey and it only took five weeks from the time I ordered my new car for it to arrive. Bruce Blake was great on the sales side--responsive, no pressure, knowledgeable. I never felt pressured, and she took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I was comfortable with my decision. Alana made the car-buying experience easy and enjoyable. She helped handle the purchase of my truck so I could buy another vehicle from the dealership, and she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Jules was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful every step of the way. She took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I truly appreciated her excellent customer service and would highly recommend working with her.

Viewed, drove, and purchased an RDX in the afternoon. Took hours for them to clean the vehicle for delivery, so we received it after sunset. So we couldn't see that the employee who cleaned the vehicle used a rag with wax to wipe down the interior, leaving white spots that are nearly impossible to remove. The car now looks like the interior faded from the sun. We live a distance from the dealership, so we're stuck with it. Clearly, no one managed the cleaner or checked his work in their hurry to leave for the day.
